ADVANCED: Recommended 2+ yrs experience and confidence in performing complex head movement, counterbalances and spins.
INTERMEDIATE: Recommended 1+ yrs experience.
OPEN: Everyone, with the min recommendation that you have completed a full beginners course, or know the first 7 zouk movements: Basic, Viradinha, Lateral, Lunge, Soltinho, Wrap and Bonus.
